Step into a key role as Controller, driving financial activities for the organization. Your strategic leadership will fuel growth and profitability, focusing on process improvements and financial analysis.
In this role, you’ll handle monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports, oversee cost accounting, and lead the daily management of the accounting team. Additionally, you’ll ensure compliance standards, oversee payroll processing, and implement risk mitigation strategies. Working with management, you’ll develop the annual budget for each campus and location and ensure finances stay on track throughout the year.
Streamlining processes and reducing risks are also a key part of this role, as is collaborating with senior management to align financial strategies with the company’s goals.
