What Matters Most:
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a Controller
- Must have Deltek software experience, VantagePoint is preferred but not required
- Experience with project accounting, either in construction, engineering, or architecture required

Your strategic leadership will fuel growth and profitability, focusing on process improvements and technology upgrades for enhanced financial efficiency.
In this role, you’ll handle monthly financial reports, manage cost accounting, and lead the daily management of the accounting team. Additionally, you’ll ensure compliance standards, oversee payroll processing, and implement risk mitigation strategies. Project accounting experience is paramount as you’ll oversee the accounting for 65-70 projects at any given time in Deltek, ensuring billings and AP are correct and invoices are paid.
