As Client Services Associate, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients and support for your team. Day-to-day, you’ll answer and route calls, coordinate conference calls, schedule meetings, and manage company and client files within their CRM. Exceptional attention to detail will be key as you’ll assist with the preparation of reports and other collateral for client meetings, collect documentation for opening new accounts, and help with service requests.
This position will start full-time in-office until training is complete and then will be 100% remote. Only candidates in the Portland metro area will be considered.
