Your New Role:
Are you eager to join a dynamic financial services team? Do you have an eye for the small details and a mind for decoding complex data and analytics? This Client Services Associate might be for you! In this role, you’ll be a central support for the company’s high-profile clients and skilled financial advisors.

In your day-to-day, you’ll assist clients with transactional paperwork, mail necessary documents, maintain records, and provide phone support for account-related inquiries. Additionally, you’ll index client documentation, execute trades, and perform calculations such as cost basis and annual projects like Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) calculations when needed. These duties collectively contribute to the smooth functioning of client accounts and regulatory compliance.

This position is 100% in-office.
