Your New Role: Are you incredibly organized with a background working on high-profile investment teams? We’re working on a Client Service Associate role that requires accuracy, attention to detail, and an aptitude to learn all facets of the business.
In this position, you’ll foster strong client relationships, develop successful workflows, and assist with administrative tasks. This team is seeking someone who understands compliance issues and can work collaboratively with leadership to meet requirements and help maintain the integrity of client data.
You’ll assist clients with IRA distributions, provide tax information, satisfy money movement requests, and prepare account paperwork for new and existing clients. There’s no micromanagement here — everyone is trusted to work at their own pace to get things done.
Your New Organization: This is a small, growing registered investment advisor (RIA) firm with great systems and processes in place. The office is busy and has a strong focus on collaborative teamwork. They value flexibility and offer a hybrid schedule with three in-office days per week.
