Your New Role: Do you have a keen eye for detail and a knack for decoding complex data? We’re looking for a dynamic Client Relations Specialist to join a team of skilled financial advisors at a company that sets the bar high.
In this role, you’ll be relied on as a central support to internal investment advisors. Day-to-day, this looks like overseeing client scheduling on behalf of investment advisors, preparing client meeting reports, and ensuring that client paperwork is delivered and completed. You’ll also index client documentation and perform calculations like cost basis and take on annual projects like Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) calculations when needed.
This position is 100% in-office.
