Your New Role:
Are you looking for a challenging and rewarding attorney position on an award-winning team? Consider this Casualty Litigation Associate role at a firm that offers a collaborative environment and a true trial practice culture.

In this role, you’ll advise and represent clients in cases involving personal injury, property damage, or fatalities resulting from accidents or injuries. Your responsibilities will encompass all phases of litigation, including client consultations, legal research and investigation, negotiating settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel, and handling post-trial matters. You’ll accompany clients to hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials and will present arguments before a judge or jury.

This is a hybrid position.

Your New Organization:
This nationally recognized firm represents companies in a range of insurance defense matters. They give back to the community through pro bono projects and offer employees the perks and resources of a regional firm, but with an intimate culture reminiscent of a mid-sized firm. They’re known to offer a friendly and non-hierarchal environment, and they’re dedicated to the professional development of their staff – they want you to learn all you can so you can bring that knowledge back to the rest of the team!

The benefits are phenomenal here. They include paid time off, fully paid medical and vision coverage, HSA with firm contribution, a 401(k) plus match and profit sharing, disability and life insurance, and a transportation stipend.

Our goal is to pair talented people with amazing job opportunities. In submitting your application, you’ll be considered for this and other positions with Boly:Welch.
