Your New Role: This much-admired law firm is looking to add a highly skilled Business Transactional Attorney to their well-rounded team. In this role, you’ll act as lead counsel on matters involving merger & acquisition transactions and commercial loan documentation. You’ll also provide general counsel advice to clients.
You’ll bring an extensive knowledge of a broad range of business transactions, including commercial and real estate, purchase, land use, and business operations. A keen analytic mind will be critical to this role, as you’ll structure, negotiate, and draft transactional documents and contracts.
