Your New Role:
Are you an Associate Attorney looking to join a specialty firm? This highly regarded boutique Lake Oswego firm is growing and adding a Business/Transactional Associate to their staff!

You’ll join a team of five attorneys who handle complex matters for high-net-worth clients. Your primary responsibilities will include interacting with clients, facilitating transactions, and business development. Competitive candidates will have experience in business transactions, LLC formations, and contracts, as well as tax, real estate, and corporate law.

Although the team provides excellent mentorship and training, they are hoping to find an associate who is ready to jump in and work on cases independently and proactively.

You’ll have a hybrid schedule.
