Your New Role:
Are you looking for rewarding work representing policyholders in litigation with insurance companies? This California-based firm is growing, and they’re seeking a committed Associate Attorney who’s ready to join their tenured team.

You’ll work on a variety of cases with matters ranging from disability, pension, and homeowners’ insurance claims to healthcare, life, and long-term care insurance. Your primary responsibilities will be preparing briefs, reviewing discovery, and developing case strategy. Additionally, you will participate in mediations, depositions, and settlement negotiations.

Competitive candidates will be excellent team players who can work proactively and independently.

These attorneys work from all over the country, so you will have plenty of remote flexibility with occasional in-office requirements.
