Your New Role:
Our client, a growing distribution company, is seeking an entry-level AR Billing Specialist to play a key role in keeping revenue operations accurate, efficient, and running smoothly. This is a unique opportunity to become a trusted problem-solver within a collaborative finance team offering strong training to get you comfortable in your new role.
As AR Billing Specialist, you’ll oversee the billing process from start to finish, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and supported by the appropriate documentation. You’ll manage a variety of billing activities including promotional programs, expense billbacks, sales incentives, samples, and other customer-related transactions. Your work will directly impact cash flow and financial accuracy, making you an important contributor to the company’s overall success.
In this role, you’ll serve as a bridge between Accounting, Sales, Pricing, and other internal teams, helping to investigate discrepancies, resolve billing issues, and keep transactions moving forward. Success in this position requires a sharp eye for detail and the ability to analyze information from multiple sources to identify trends, exceptions, and opportunities for improvement. As the organization continues to evolve, you’ll have the opportunity to help streamline processes, improve reporting, and contribute ideas that make the billing function even more effective.
The team is looking for someone that brings curiosity, accountability, and a genuine desire to get things right. They’re organized, proactive, and comfortable asking questions when something doesn’t look correct.
