What Matters Most:
- 2+ years of experience in accounting
- Experience with financial statement analysis, general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable required
- Experience with MRI or related software preferred but not required
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Bachelor’s degree required; Direct work experience and exposure to GAAP in lieu of degree

As Portfolio Accountant, you’ll be assigned to a cross-department team that is dedicated to the portfolio of properties. You’ll handle monthly bank reconciliation for other portfolios, perform financial statement prep with accompanying schedules, budget and track activity for each contract or property, and prep tenant statements.
