Your New Role:
Bring your employment expertise to an engaging, collaborative practice group at this Seattle firm! As an Employment Litigation Associate Attorney, you’ll represent employer clients in employment and labor disputes.
You’ll work on a range of employment litigation cases involving wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, non-compete agreements, ADA and FMLA disputes, and wrongful discharge matters. You’ll manage your cases from start to finish – evaluating potential cases, signing new clients, developing case strategy, motions practice, managing discovery, attending trial, and post-trial proceedings. Additionally, you’ll conduct workplace investigations and advise clients on a variety of employment matters.
Competitive candidates will possess strong research and writing skills and have a team-oriented workstyle.
This is a hybrid position.
