Your New Role:
Are you an experienced litigation support professional looking to play a critical role in complex legal matters? Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Litigation Paralegal to join a collaborative team where your expertise in e-discovery, document management, and trial preparation will have a direct impact on case outcomes.
As Litigation Paralegal, you’ll manage discovery materials and support attorneys through all phases of the litigation process. Strict attention to detail is crucial here, as you’ll help establish document review and coding protocols, oversee document databases, and conduct document reviews to ensure efficient workflows.
In this role, you’ll provide hands-on support to the whole litigation team and get to learn from the top strategists. Prepare for trials, arbitrations, mediations, and hearings by coordinating evidence, tracking exhibits, and working with external vendors. The position includes conducting legal and factual research while coordinating with various industry specialists.
Success in this position requires exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Here, you’ll have to be highly collaborative, communicate effectively with attorneys, vendors, and support teams, and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines. Flexibility, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work are essential to fit in with this talented group of legal minds.
After a three-month in-office training period, you’ll be able to enjoy a hybrid work schedule. Occasional travel may be required to support attorneys with investigations, discovery activities, and legal proceedings both locally and out of state.
