Your New Role:

Are you a Labor & Employment Associate with OSHA litigation experience looking to join a well-established law firm? Consider this associate position with a best-in-class team and a clear path to partnership.

In this role, you’ll handle all phases of labor and employment litigation. This will include full case management, legal research, reviewing documents, drafting briefs, and representing employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. You’ll take on OSHA litigation matters at the state and federal level, so you’ll need to have an in-depth understanding of OSHA inspection and citation contest procedures.

A professional and consultative approach will be important as you tactfully advise clients on workplace management issues ranging from hiring to separation of employment, employment contracts, and other personnel matters.

You’ll have a hybrid schedule.
