Your New Role:

This well-established organization is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurially-minded Insurance Agency Manager to oversee strategic planning, staff, sales, and operational efficiency. They’re looking for someone to bring a builder mindset and a drive for growing business.

This is a role that is both hands-on and autonomous; you’ll hit the ground running as you manage the agency’s finances, collaborate with the marketing team, develop and execute sales strategy, and provide premium customer service to clients. You’ll inherit a large book of business and a thriving pipeline of leads, full of untapped profitability potential, and you’ll be relied upon to identify new growth opportunities in response to market trends.

The Insurance Agency Manager will develop and implement business plans, mentor and lead a team of insurance agents, and strengthen relationships with clients and business partners. A forward-thinking leader with excellent interpersonal skills who solves problems like a pro – while simultaneously fostering a collaborative work environment – will thrive in this unique opportunity.

You’ll work in-office with the Executive Leadership team in Vancouver, Washington.
