As Senior HR Generalist at this fast-paced engineering company, you’ll work alongside employees and managers to identify and solve problems in the workplace. This will range from process improvement projects and performance management to organizational growth strategizing. You’ll partner with department heads and senior leadership to help facilitate an effective and trusting work environment that supports healthy employee engagement and trust.

This is a hybrid role with half of the time in office and half of the time remote. Only candidates in the Portland metro area will be considered for this role.
