Your New Role:
Are you someone with exceptional interpersonal skills, research abilities, and a keen eye for detail? This might be your opportunity to support a leading energy company as a Corporate Paralegal.

In this role, you’ll conduct legal research, prepare UCC filings, and review and analyze corporate minute books. Your team will also count on you to obtain certificates from the Secretary of State, draft and file forms with the SEC, and assist in the due diligence process.

Strong editing and formatting are necessary for this role, and you’ll need to maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate law and procedure developments. They’re looking for someone who is self-motivated and can hit the ground running. Could this be you?

This is a hybrid contract position that will last 3-4 months.
