In-depth knowledge of bankruptcy matters, in particular Chapter 11 cases, will be essential in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include drafting, revising, and finalizing various legal forms and documents; filing with courts and government agencies; and communicating with clients. Additionally, you’ll docket and track deadlines, maintain status reports for each case, and follow up with attorneys to ensure everything is on track.
After a training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule with flexible hours.
