Your New Role: Are you an attorney ready to establish your roots in Downtown Salem? This growing firm has an exciting opening for a Workers’ Compensation Litigation Associate. In this role, you’ll benefit from top-notch mentorship and professional development.
Daily responsibilities will include legal research, drafting legal documents, and attending client meetings. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to learn from the managing attorney as you accompany him to depositions, hearings, and conferences with doctors and clients. This mentorship will also extend to networking and business development.
There’s no set billing requirement for your first year at the firm. After that, you’ll have a reasonable billable hour requirement with bonuses in store for exceeding expectations.
You’ll work in-office for the first six months, with the option for a hybrid schedule down the road.
