Your New Role:
Business is booming for this highly respected commercial law firm, and they’re looking to add an experienced Trust & Estates Litigator to their team.

Your experience with trust and estates will be key as offer advisory and litigation services to clients. Excellent client skills and a collaborative spirit will empower you in litigation matters which will include representing clients in court and before administrative government agencies. You’ll manage cases from start to finish and handle case preparation. Strong communication skills will be key as you craft responses to written discovery requests, draft objections, and designations of prior testimony.

This is a hybrid position.
