Your New Role:
Are you looking to utilize your extensive HR and benefits experience in a temporary role that allows the flexibility to be part-time or full-time? This Temporary Leave of Absence Specialist position may be for you!

As a Temporary Leave of Absence Specialist, you’ll be responsible for monitoring and tracking all leaves and operate as the primary point of contact for employee questions related to LOA and benefits. In your typical day-to-day, you’ll find yourself helping with employee benefit enrollment and partnering with external vendors.

The team is looking for someone with a strong attention to detail and who is highly customer service-focused. Those with a proven history of providing support to employees on leave will stand out among other applicants.

This role is fully on-site.
