Your New Role:

This thriving technology company is seeking someone resourceful and proactive to take on this Temporary HR Business Partner role. The position is expected to last 4 months to cover a maternity leave with an opportunity for extension in a similar capacity. You’ll partner with functional leaders and their teams to consult on performance, development, staffing, compensation, and more. You’ll guide leaders through the performance review cycle and work with other HR functions including compensation, benefits, and recruitment to make things as seamless as possible. To make an impression on this team, you’ll need to be process-oriented and excited about building structure around things like workforce planning, manager coaching, and performance-related initiatives. A friendly, approachable personality works best here!
