Your New Role:

Have you dedicated your career to ensuring the fair treatment of your colleagues? Are you meticulously organized and excellent with follow-through? This Sr. Leave & Workers’ Compensation Administrator role could be for you!

In this position, you’ll manage the company’s FMLA/OFLA/PLO process. Your exceptional communication skills will shine as you liaise between the employees and management regarding leaves and workers’ comp claims. You’ll also investigate work-related injuries and partner with vendors as needed. Supporting employees as they return to work and ensuring ADA compliance will also fall under your purview. Someone who can keep up with evolving technology and software would do well here. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment and they are looking for someone who can take ownership of this important position.

This role is fully in-office.
