Your New Role:

Bring your passion for the automotive industry and your leadership expertise to this role as our client’s next Service Director.

In this key position, you’ll lead a high-performing service department with a focus on operational excellence, team development, and customer satisfaction. Your strong leadership background will be essential as you recruit and train service staff, foster relationships with customers, and partner with parts and service teams to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and performance.

A sharp eye for detail and deep automotive knowledge are critical as you oversee quality inspections, ensure exceptional service standards, and manage warranty claims and policy adjustments.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to support ongoing employee development, lead weekly team meetings, and cultivate future talent pipelines by maintaining partnerships with local technical and vocational schools. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll also contribute strategic insights to enhance both leadership initiatives and overall service operations.

We’re looking for a highly organized, solutions-oriented professional with excellent time management skills and the ability to inspire and lead teams.

This is a full-time, onsite position.
