Your New Role:

One of our long-term clients is in the market for a knowledgeable Senior Contract Administrator. In this newly created role, you’ll work closely with a small team managing contracts for a local company with international reach.

Experience in manufacturing, land/property leasing, or technology and a strong understanding of contracts will be essential. You’ll put your legal writing skills to use as you draft proposals, contracts, letters of intent, sales terms and conditions, and responses to RFQs. Additionally, you’ll assist the legal team with document review, and the commercial team with proposals and renewal letters.

You’ll work across the organization, collaborating with colleagues in legal, sales, accounting, and management. This company is constantly improving and updating their processes, so there’s a lot to learn and a clear path for professional development.

The team is looking for an efficient and proactive problem-solver who can confidently make decisions and work at a fast pace.

After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule with two in-office days each week.
