Your New Role:
Are you looking to use your experience in real estate to take the next big step in your career?

As Land Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining land contract files. This may include assisting in the permitting process, scheduling timelines, and adjusting as necessary. Someone with strong people skills will thrive in this role, as you’ll find yourself regularly collaborating with the Land Department team, HOAs, utility consultants, and the city.

This role begins on-site and transitions to a field-based role after onboarding.
