Job Number: 31375
Salary: $60K-$70K DOE
Industry: Real Estate
Must Haves:
- High School Diploma; College experience in Business Administration, Real Estate, or similar field preferred
- 3+ years of commercial/industrial property management experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Bookkeeping experience preferred
Your New Role:
Hit the road and put your organizational and numerical skills to the test as Property Manager and Accounting Support!
Your interpersonal skills will be your greatest asset, as much of this role requires coordinating with tenants and vendors alike. In your day-to-day, you’ll request and coordinate vendor services and will serve as the primary contact for tenants, brokers, maintenance, and janitorial staff.
Top-notch organizational skills are a must, as you’ll review property-related invoices and help determine coding, maintain tenant contact information and lease files, and keep a comprehensive record of maintenance and communication records between numerous parties.
While much of the role is dedicated to property management, you’ll also serve as the backup to the accounting team. This includes maintaining an organized database of tenant insurance certificates, tenant invoices, as well as vendor and contractor insurance certificates. Experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, CAM, and property tax reconciliations is highly valued!
The team is looking for someone who is tech-savvy with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. If you have an understanding of lease language and requirements, and an understanding of commercial/industrial property management, we want to hear from you!
While this role is primarily on-site, it will involve driving between Hillsboro and Milwaukie on a regular basis to complete property visits with tenants and vendors.
Your New Organization:
Join this local family-owned real estate team that has built a long-standing reputation of effective communication with tenants and vendors.
Benefits include paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid sick leave, PTO, and paid holidays.
