Your New Role: We’re partnering with a deeply rooted local commercial real estate company in search of an experienced Property Manager. As the face of the company, you’ll play a critical role in overseeing the financial health and day-to-day operations of assigned properties. These properties cover roughly 800,000 square feet of space at one of Portland’s landmark properties.

In this role, you’ll manage budgets, handle tenant requests, ensure smooth delivery of services, and prepare leases and vacancy reports. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will help maintain high standards across all properties.

We’re looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills, who has the ability to analyze and interpret complex documents and solve problems on their feet.

This is an on-site position with on-call availability.
