• 2-3 years in ERP System Management and Data Analysis
• 2+ years assisting with or leading contract negotiations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

In this Product Specialist role, you’ll play an integral role in creating new products to meet customer needs. This brand-new position is in response to rapid growth, and your flexibility in learning and adapting will help you excel.

Working closely with the Customer Service and Business Development teams, you’ll be responding to account needs, managing account-related projects, and preparing reports. Communicating project timelines will be key in order to keep operations moving smoothly.
