Salary: $120-$170K DOE

Industry: Legal

What Matters Most:

  • 3+ years of plaintiff civil litigation experience required
  • Oregon Bar membership required
  • JD required

Your New Role:
One of our best-in-class legal clients is seeking a Plaintiff Civil Litigation Attorney to join their team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to take on meaningful cases, advocating for clients in civil litigation lawsuits.

Your experience with motions and depositions will be essential as you manage cases from intake through resolution. This will include conducting legal research, developing case strategies, drafting a variety of legal documents, and taking and defending depositions. Additionally, you’ll prepare your clients for hearings and trials, negotiate settlements, and represent them in court.

You’ll work in-office, collaborating with a team of excellent attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Your New Organization:
This national firm handles plaintiffs’ work exclusively and is driven to not only help clients, but support each other in the process. There’s no hierarchy, and the team helps to lift each other up, especially when dealing with sometimes very intense litigation. The office has a casual vibe with lots of light and urban views.

You’ll get top-notch benefits that include full medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents; disability and life insurance; an HSA with firm contributions; a 401(k) plus match; paid parking; generous paid time off; and annual raises and discretionary bonuses.
