Your New Role:
An exciting local business is seeking a part-time HR Manager to support their growing team. Serving as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, you’ll be addressing and resolving employee relations issues and escalating to HR management as necessary.

Your insight and knowledge will be valued as you provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, as well as assist with performance appraisals and improvement plans. This multifaceted HR role will also have you administering employee benefits and creating an employee handbook.

They’re looking for somebody who is strong in employee relations, with a business savvy mindset, and comfort with coaching leaders.

This is a part-time position, about 15-20 hours per week, with a flex schedule that includes a mix of remote and on-site work in Tigard.
