Your day-to-day will consist of partnering with both an HR Consultant and the accounting department to manage overlapping tasks. You’ll facilitate employee relations issues, performance documentation, and conflict management, as well as assist with payroll administration, policy interpretation, and advising as compliance issues come up. Managing internal leaves and compensation may also fall under your purview.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being a steady, solutions-oriented presence in a dynamic environment.
