What Matters Most:

• 1-2+ years of legal support experience required, preferably in wealth management or financial services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required
• Experience with Salesforce preferred
• Associate degree or paralegal certificate preferred

Your New Role: Are you looking to put your client service skills to use in a legal support role? You may be the perfect match for this financial services firm that needs to add a Paralegal to their Legal Consulting group.

In this position, you’ll work closely with a group of paralegals to support consultants. This will include a significant amount of client contact – onboarding new clients, scheduling calls and meetings, and keeping clients up to date. Your experience with project management software will be key as you maintain databases, create client files, and file with a variety of governmental agencies. Additionally, you’ll conduct research and draft legal documents from templates.

This team appreciates proactive and creative problem solving to ensure that clients have the best possible experience. They’ll rely on your multitasking, organizational, and communication skills.

After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule.
