Your New Role:
Looking for your career launchpad? This may be it. Our client is hiring an Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face and organized mind behind a busy team.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls on a multi-line phone system. You’ll monitor and maintain call logs (including phishing/spam attempts), respond to incoming emails, and manage conference room scheduling – all while keeping the reception area tidy, stocked, and seasonally decorated.
You’ll also handle day-to-day office needs, from ordering supplies and flowers to keeping shared spaces like the kitchen and supply room running smoothly. Some light accounting tasks will fall under your purview too – including assisting with Accounts Payable, purchase orders, and generating reports for Project Managers – so a head for numbers is a plus.

This is a fully on-site role with access to a 24/7 on-site gym available to employees and their families. They also offer a transportation reimbursement and secure bicycle storage.
