Your New Role:

This Office Administrator role could be a game changer for someone with a sunny disposition who loves to wear many hats and looks great in all of them! The bulk of this role is managing daily office operations with a sprinkling of accounting and human resources duties thrown in. You’ll manage vendor contacts, handle scheduling, and work directly with the CPA. Your HR responsibilities include liaising with corporate counsel, providing oversight for HIPAA and OSHA compliance, and some staff training. Ideally, you’re a phenomenal communicator who works well under pressure and is able to consistently meet deadlines without breaking a sweat.
