Your New Role: Are you looking to utilize your experience in administration for your next role in real estate? Look no further than this Office Administrator Role!
You’ll wear many hats as Office Administrator, as you’ll be working alongside multiple departments including Administration, Property Management, Customer Relations, and Accounting. You’ll be responsible for supporting these departments, which may include facilitation of property maintenance, providing customer service to tenants and clients, and overseeing accounts payable data. This is an administrative role as its core and much of the position will require you to answer phones, regularly monitor and process mail, and set up meetings.
The team is looking for someone who is an enthusiastic self-motivator, highly organized, and thrives with an independent workload. Those with proven experience in property management and customer service will stand out among other applicants.
This role is on-site but offers paid parking.
