Your New Role: As Medical Malpractice Defense Lateral at this team-oriented litigation firm, you will handle all matters from intake to conclusion.
Meticulous attention to detail will be important as you review medical records, evaluate and depose expert witnesses, manage discovery, and handle trials. Excellent courtroom skills are key as you’ll make court appearances and take and defend depositions.
Your creativity, grit, and collaborative approach will make you a valued member of this organization. The ideal candidate works hard above all.
