Boly:Welch

Job Number: 31477

Salary: $40-$48/hr

Industry: Landscape Architecture

Must Haves:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or pursuit strategy; A/E/C industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM systems; Cosential and VantagePoint experience preferred

Your New Role:

Looking for your next leadership role in a local A/E/C firm? Our client is hiring a Marketing Proposal Manager to guide their communications and digital marketing efforts with clarity, creativity, and strategic focus.

In this role, you’ll manage and mentor a small, collaborative marketing team while steering all firm communications. You’ll own the proposal and SOQ process, tracking and vetting opportunities, managing the CRM, and assembling compelling submissions that align with the organization’s long-term goals.

You’ll also represent the firm externally through industry events and relationship-building in the A/E/C community – so if you love connecting the dots between people, projects, and purpose, this might be your sweet spot.

To thrive here, you’ll bring exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to toggle between big-picture planning and detail-driven execution. Experience in the A/E/C space is a plus, but above all, they’re looking for someone who is collaborative, curious, and ready to make an impact.

This is a hybrid role with a team that values thoughtful work, strong relationships, and shared success.

Your New Organization:

For nearly forty years, our client has been dedicated to designing sustainable public spaces that connect people with nature. They host a large collaborative network of architects and environmental designers that transform communities through innovation and design.

Benefits include 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer contribution, PTO, a competitive salary, a professional development stipend, and a paid annual SMPS membership!
