Your New Role: Are you looking for growth-oriented facilities work where your technical knowledge and people skills will be rewarded?
In this Maintenance Technician position, you’ll be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of a variety of commercial and light industrial properties, office buildings, and more. You’ll get to know your tenants as the first line of customer service and will maintain good working relationships with contractors and vendors as well.
No two days are the same around here! Taking on general property maintenance needs, your work could include preventative care of interiors and exteriors, utility usage monitoring, assisting with tenant improvements and alterations, ensuring that open units are in show-ready condition, as well as light painting, carpentry, plumbing work, and other tasks as needed.
This role is 100% on-site.
