Your New Role:
Are you an experienced M&A Attorney ready to take on complex cases? Put your expertise to work on this collaborative, engaging team of high-profile attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

As a member of this powerhouse business and transactions practice group, you’ll handle a wide variety of tasks including advising on and drafting term sheets, letters of intent, purchase and sale agreements, operating agreements, and shareholder agreements. Additionally, you’ll handle corporate and partnership taxation issues and succession matters.

This firm is looking for an excellent academic track record and top tier writing and research skills.

You’ll have a hybrid schedule.
