What Matters Most:

  • 3-5+ years of litigation legal assistant experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required
  • Experience with legal software required
  • Familiarity with state and federal court procedures and e-filing preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred


Your New Role:
Are you a resourceful legal assistant looking to bring your litigation experience to a highly respected law firm? In this Litigation Practice Assistant role, you’ll deepen your unique skillset while working with an incredibly talented team of legal assistants who support world-class attorneys.

You’ll open and maintain client and case files; conduct conflicts checks; draft and proofread a variety of legal documents; finalize and file pleadings; handle billing and timekeeping; prepare transcriptions and trial notebooks; and manage discovery. Additional responsibilities will include calendar management, correspondence with clients and opposing counsel, and processing mail.

Competitive candidates will have excellent multitasking and communication skills and strong detail aptitude. You’ll have plenty of opportunities for professional development on this team with great mentorship and top-notch resources.

After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule.
