  • 3 years of complex litigation paralegal experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience meeting billable hour requirements
  • Experience with eDiscovery and litigation software

Your New Role:

Are you a self-starting, detail-oriented Paralegal looking to join a fantastic litigation support team? With civil litigation experience in injury-tort cases and comfort with billable hours, you may be the perfect Litigation Paralegal for this well-established law firm.

In this role, you’ll support litigation teams specializing in long-term care facility defense, medical malpractice, and medical board matters. Working alongside tenured staff, you’ll draft medical chronologies, prep for trials, review evidence, manage discovery, and conduct research. Billable thresholds mean you can bonus more as you meet higher targets. There’s plenty of room for growth and development with great mentorship and paid CLEs.

This firm is known for its open-door policy and supportive staff. After an in-office training period, you’ll have a flexible hybrid schedule with two days expected in-office each week.

Your New Organization:

This reputable firm is medium in size but large in scope, with experts who offer a full range of experienced litigation services to companies, public entities, and individuals. They have a communicative and collaborative work environment where you’ll enjoy a flexible and fun culture, including great work/life balance. This team celebrates everything – wins, promotions, birthdays, you name it!

The benefits package includes paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) with generous employer contribution, FSA, life and disability insurance, parental leave, a transportation stipend, and discretionary bonus potential.
