• 5+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience required

In this role, your focus will be on full case management. You’ll collaborate with the team of trial attorneys, participate in strategy meetings, and carry out discovery plans. This will include drafting correspondence, discovery requests, subpoenas, motions, and pleadings; preparing exhibits, chronologies, witness lists, and privilege logs; and designing PowerPoints and visual aids for trial. Additionally, you’ll communicate with clients and third parties to gather documents and maintain the discovery database.

Experience working independently, driving the processes, and billing for your time will be essential for your success in this role. Get ready to jump into a varied caseload of engaging work!

You’ll have a very flexible hybrid schedule after an in-office training period. You’ll need to be in-office for trial prep, so you’ll have to be local to Oregon.
