What Matters Most:

• 3+ years of personal injury paralegal experience required, preferably on the plaintiffs’ side
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required
• Knowledge of Time Matters and WordPerfect preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent required

Your New Role: Are you looking to join a passionate plaintiffs’ firm committed to providing excellent legal services to their clients? You may be the next Litigation Paralegal for this established personal injury practice.

In this role, you’ll support attorneys on cases from beginning to end – reviewing medical records, calendaring deadlines and depositions, and communicating with insurance adjusters. Your writing skills will be key as you draft, finalize, and file demands, discovery responses, pleadings, summons, and complaints. Additional responsibilities will include bates stamping, negotiating liens, and summarizing medical billing statements.

Competitive candidates will be proactive, organized, and able to independently manage their caseload.

This is an in-office position.
