Your New Role: Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal looking for long-term stability in your career? This firm offers a wonderful team dynamic and a true trial practice culture, clear direction from your supervising attorneys, and hybrid flexibility. In this role, you’ll partner with an excellent group of litigators and peers who handle a wide variety of cases representing businesses and individuals in matters such as professional liability, catastrophic injury, construction defect, and contract disputes.
The team will rely on your background with medical records review and full case management as you oversee discovery requests and responses – drafting and tracking documents and following up with outstanding document requests. Additionally, you’ll conduct medical records analysis, assist with trial preparation, interview witnesses, prepare subpoenas, and conduct background and fact investigations. You’ll need a strong understanding of discovery rules in both state and federal courts.
They’re looking for a top-notch problem-solver, excellent communicator, and skilled collaborator for this addition to staff. Reasonable billable goals and bonuses throughout the year are in store for you here.
