• 3-5+ years of complex litigation paralegal experience, preferably in a heavy trial practice; extra points for personal injury or plaintiffs’ litigation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate
• Extensive trial experience a plus!

Your New Role:
An award-winning national firm with a renowned Portland office is seeking a collaborative Litigation Paralegal to join their top-notch support staff assisting a team of trial attorneys.

You’ll have plenty of variety in this role, and your responsibilities will encompass the full scope of trial support. You’ll draft pleadings, correspondence, and legal documents, file with state and federal courts, schedule depositions, and maintain client files. Additionally, you’ll conduct legal research, prepare discovery, and assist with trial prep. You’ll even attend trials and help with voir dire!

The cases will involve voluminous discovery, occasional travel, and high-stakes litigation, so competitive candidates will be intellectually curious, highly accountable, and have a can-do attitude.

You’ll work in-office, collaborating with a team of excellent attorneys, paralegals, and support staff. Meetings and lunches “on the house” are a part of the culture here.
