What Matters Most:

Ready to jump right into a new paralegal role where you’ll handle a wide array of insurance defense matters? We’ve got the job for you! As Litigation Paralegal, your solid knowledge of litigation support and case management will help you navigate a large caseload. You’ll also assist in discovery and trial preparation. A tactful demeanor goes far in this client-facing role. This team is highly collaborative and communicative, keeping everyone in the loop. Be prepared to draft and respond to discovery, index, prepare exhibits, review documents, compose correspondences, and do some supporting research. Your prior experience with trial prep, litigation skills, and Oregon and federal rules of civil procedure will come in handy. Occasional travel will be required as you offer on-site trial support, both in and out of state.
