  • 4+ years of complex litigation assistant experience

  • Familiarity with e-Filing in state courts
  • High School Diploma or equivalent


Your New Role:

Join a dynamic litigation team at one of Oregon’s top law firms as their new Litigation Legal Assistant, collaborating with a powerhouse duo of fully engaged and sought-after attorneys. You’ll have the benefit of training with a tenured colleague eager to share their professional insights and ongoing mentorship.

In this role, you’ll support attorneys in a variety of complex litigation cases. Your primary responsibilities will be scheduling hearings and depositions, calendaring and docketing deadlines, and following up with attorneys to ensure that all deadlines are met. Additionally, you’ll open and maintain case files from intake through trial and e-File in state and federal courts. Because you’ll be supporting top billing attorneys, you may even have the opportunity to take on some billable tasks.

Competitive candidates will have an eagerness to learn, willingness to pitch in, a proactive nature, and strong tech skills!

After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule.
