Must Haves:

  • 8-10+ years of legal experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
  • Experience with a document management system required; ProLaw preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred


Your New Role:

Are you a seasoned Litigation Legal Assistant with a strong work ethic looking to join a collaborative team? You could be the right fit for this best-in-class firm!

In this role, you’ll partner directly with your assigned attorneys who are known to be appreciative and collegial. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks ranging from client communication and intake to drafting and proofreading legal documents. Your top-notch organization skills will be put to use as you maintain client files, track deadlines, and file pleadings with the courts.

To be successful in this role, you should know your way around various legal software and be familiar with the workflow of a mid-to-large law firm. You’ll be a fantastic addition to this team if you’re able to manage myriad priorities and possess great proofreading and communication skills.

After a training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule.
